Delete your Receni account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Receni account (the same app name shown on the Google Play Store). Account deletion is completed inside the mobile app; this page describes the steps and what happens to your data.

Steps to request account deletion

1. Open the Receni app on your device and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (from the main navigation / drawer).
3. Scroll to Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email support@receni.com from the email address on your account. Include "Account deletion" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted or retained

When your account is deleted, we stop providing the service to that login. We process deletion as an anonymization of your personal identifiers and profile data associated with the account, and remove or disassociate content (such as receipts and workspace data) tied to you in line with our retention practices and applicable law. Some records may be kept for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup systems, then removed or anonymized. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained.
